The Great Glebe (Garage And) Sidewalk Sale returns this Saturday, May 24! 2025 promises to be the best year yet.
The BIA supports the Sidewalk Sale by working through the operations and logistics required for an event and supporting members by coordinating the infrastructure needed for the Sale.
The BIA wants to make you aware of some changes to this year's event:
- Tables will be available to be picked-up as usual on Friday May 23, however a sign-in/out system will be implemented. Businesses are required to return their tables by 5pm on Saturday May 24. Businesses who do not return their tables will be required to pay the $350 replacement fee from the supplier.
- Steel Barricades are required if you wish to set-up in the Bank St. parking laneway. If you do not register and request barricades, you will not be able to participate as a vendor.
- This year's event is from 8am - 4pm. That means that all set-ups need to be removed & cleared by 4pm, when evening parking will be restored on Bank St.
- We need volunteers! If you know someone who loves the Glebe the way we do, please ask them to get in touch with us!

Unless otherwise specified, event registration refunds are subject to a 25% administrative fee. Each event will have a date beyond which refunds will not be honoured.
By completing purchases with us you agree to have your Credit card and personal information securely stored as part of a payment profile within a 3rd party payment gateway. This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.
Who can access the Glebe BIA member portal?
Please note that the Glebe BIA member portal is to be used by members of Glebe BIA only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by Glebe BIA staff. The Content that is displayed in your member portal will automatically vary based on your user / membership type.
What can be posted?
To ensure all interactions within the Glebe BIA member portal are safe and friendly, Glebe BIA staff will oversee the member portal activity and will review, edit, and delete any inappropriate content that has been submitted.
